In Volgograd Oblast, an apartment has been put up for sale for the price of just two latest iPhones. The residential property in the Nariman settlement of Svetloyarsky District, with a total area of 57.7 square meters, is ready to be sold for only 350,000 rubles (approximately $3,900 at current rates), and the price already includes realtor services.
“A three-room apartment with good area in the Nariman settlement is for sale,” the advertisement says. “The apartment needs renovation, offering the opportunity to immediately create your dream home. Clean sale, one adult owner.”
It is known that the apartment has three rooms, with a total area of 57.7 square meters, living area of 44 square meters, of which five are for the kitchen. The rooms are isolated, the building is brick, ceiling height is 2.5 meters (about 8.2 feet), and the bathroom is separate. The only drawback is that the apartment, located on the first floor of a two-story building, requires major repairs. According to the GIS Housing and Communal Services system, the two-story, 16-apartment building where the cheapest apartment in Volgograd Oblast is being sold was built and put into operation in 1967, and the building«s status is serviceable.
In a telephone conversation with a V1.RU correspondent, the realtor handling the sale confirmed that the price is completely real, and the reason for the sale is the owners« desire to switch their car for a more modern one.
“The price is completely real, and it even includes my services. The apartment is in a settlement. No renovation, keys are with me, viewing at any time. Yes, it«s no joke — 350,000 rubles (approximately $3,900) — and the apartment is yours,” the realtor assures. “The apartment has been owned since 2006, all documents are in order. The only downside is electric heating, but there is an opportunity to do renovations to your liking.”
It is added that from the Nariman settlement to the center of Volgograd is just about an hour and a half drive by car.
