Land has been allocated for the creation of a thermal complex in Ufa. The investor will lease a plot of 1.6 hectares on the Belaya River embankment under the monument to Salavat Yulayev. The corresponding order was signed by the head of Bashkortostan, Radii Khabirov. According to the document, the land is allocated without a tender.

The investor is the company «Gorodskiye Parilni» (City Bathhouses). This limited liability company (LLC) was registered in Bashkortostan two years ago. The owner is Alik Arutyunyan, and the director is Anis Alnadavi. They also manage similar projects in Kurgan and Tyumen. The Tyumen bathhouses opened back in 2021, but last year a fire occurred that destroyed the roof of the complex.

«90% of the roof and, accordingly, the third floor burned out,» Anis Alnadavi told our colleagues from the portal 72.RU. «The fire was long, and it was difficult to extinguish. Due to the water runoff, the second, first, and ground floors were also damaged. The night was cold, around -15°C (5°F). Therefore, the entire complex quickly turned into one big icicle.»

Since then, reconstruction has been carried out in the building. As for the bathhouse in Ufa, the project received approval from Radii Khabirov back at the presentation in December 2025. According to the plan, it will be a whole thermal park with pools, relaxation zones, and a restaurant. The volume of investments will be two billion rubles (approximately $22.2 million at current rates).

Earlier, another thermal complex was operating near Ufa — in the village of Nizhegorodka, but it was closed in January 2024 because the owner is in dispute with the authorities of the Ufa district.
