Temernik Market in Rostov-on-Don Partially Closed

Despite the statement by Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar about closing the Temernik market, some trading areas in this zone continue to function. Only two facilities have completely ceased operations.

According to information from the scene, the Vostochny market, located between two sections of Temernik, continues to receive customers. Authorities currently have no complaints against it, based on available data. The trading rows in the western part, bearing the name Temernik, are blocked by bailiffs.

The operator of the Vostochny market is the company Pan-Com. According to open data from the service Kontur.Fokus, its shareholders are:

The company«s general director is listed as Lusparon Babakhov. For 2024, its revenue was 118.7 million rubles (about $1,318,900 at current rates), and net profit was 16.3 million rubles (about $181,100).

Representatives of trading points at Vostochny confirm that work has not stopped. «Tell everyone that we are working,» one seller stated.

At the same time, according to the bailiff service, the shopping centers Bely Temer and Pervy Temernik are closed to visitors. Employees of law enforcement agencies have been seen on their territory.

From information on the social media of these shopping centers, it follows that both facilities belonged to one legal entity registered at the address: Lelyushenko Street, 19/5. The same address is listed for the company Temernik, which, according to Kontur.Fokus, is equally owned by Olga Shainova, Anna Leonova, and Shamil Karabashev. Karabashev is also its director. This firm«s revenue for 2024 reached 18.3 million rubles (about $203,300 at current rates), and net profit was 9.2 million rubles (about $102,200). At the same address, another company of Shamil Karabashev is registered — Yupiter, whose financial indicators are not disclosed in open sources.
