SVO Participant Gets Land After Complaint to Prosecutor General – Video

A participant in the special military operation in Ukraine from the Volgograd region received a land plot after complaining to the Prosecutor General of Russia at a personal reception. A month after appealing to Alexander Gutsan, 28-year-old Timur Tsechaev obtained the long-awaited plot from the administration of Volzhsky.

Recall that Prosecutor General of Russia Alexander Gutsan held a personal reception for citizens in Volgograd in early December last year. Among those who appealed was special military operation participant Timur Tsechaev, who said that for over a year he had been trying to get the administration of Volzhsky to allocate a land plot for farming.

«Here, the regional prosecutor needs to sort it out. Because the explanations we are now hearing from the executive authorities, concerning that there is no free land, are not entirely true. The saddest thing is that our executive authorities, knowing that people have signed contracts for military service in the SVO zone, knowing that they are entitled to allocation of land plots, did not even stir,» says Alexander Gutsan. «I instruct you to conduct checks to provide the SVO participant with a suitable plot. Suitable, I emphasize. And to find out in which districts heads are refusing to provide these plots.»

Today, the Prosecutor General«s Office reported that the situation has been resolved. Timur Tsechaev himself recorded a video message with gratitude.

«I, a participant in the SVO, Tsechaev Timur Alexandrovich, in October 2024 applied to the administration of Volzhsky for a land plot. It was not provided to me. For about a year, I was on the waiting list. After appealing to Prosecutor General Gutsan Alexander Vladimirovich, I was provided with a land plot. I thank the prosecutor»s office for their assistance and help.«
