Students from several colleges in Tula reported that they were allegedly told to evacuate without explanation, sharing this on social media.

Specifically, this involves the Tula State Technological College, the Tula Agricultural College named after I. S. Yefanov, and the Social-Technological College.

However, there is no official information on whether an evacuation was actually declared at the institutions or why the students were sent home.

Unofficially, students claim that classes at TGTK (Tula State Technological College) were canceled allegedly due to the cold, with no information available for other educational institutions.

Earlier, residents of Tula once again complained about public transport operations. Specifically, buses, minibuses, and trolleybuses either take a very long time to arrive at stops or pass by overcrowded, forcing people to wait about an hour to go to work or school in severe frost.

With trams, the situation is clearer — most often they are idle due to another motorist who decided to drive on the tracks and got stuck in snowdrifts.
