St. Petersburg parliament bartender joins special military operation
Publications on social media reported that Yuri, who worked as a bartender in the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly, decided to go to the zone of the special military operation (SVO).
Speaker of the St. Petersburg parliament Alexander Belsky commented on the decision. He said: «This is a person«s civic duty, no matter where he works. I am very pleased that guys from the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly are going to the zone of the special military operation. The fact that he was also remembered for his work profile doubly characterizes him as a decent, upstanding person.»
According to municipal deputy Pavel Smolyak and the Telegram channel Rotonda, Yuri worked at the Mariinsky Palace bar for about a year and a half. His workplace was the Oak Hall of the parliamentary cafeteria, where they prepared cocktails for deputies, signature coffee with orange oil, and cocoa named after deputy Dmitry Pavlov. After the bartender«s departure, these items disappeared from the menu.
