According to data from the FGBU Severo-Zapadnoye Upravleniye po Gidrometeorologii i Monitoringu Okruzhayushchey Sredy (North-Western Administration for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring), Monday, 5 February, will see cloudy skies with clearing periods, and light snow is possible in some areas. The wind will be variable and light. By morning, at 6:00 AM, the temperature will drop to -10.8°C (13°F), with daytime temperatures forecast between -9°C and -11°C (16°F to 12°F). Roads may be icy, and atmospheric pressure will gradually decrease.

On Wednesday, 7 February, frosty weather without precipitation will continue at night, with temperatures of -15…-17°C (5°F to 1°F) and locally -20…-22°C (-4°F to -8°F). Daytime temperatures are forecast at -10…-12°C (14°F to 10°F), with light snow in some areas and possible rime formation.
