The illegal structure in Sochi housed a business and living quarters before court-ordered demolition.

In Sochi, the demolition of a two-story building erected on someone else«s land plot has begun by court order. The structure, owned by a resident of the Adler district, was used for commercial purposes: on the first floor, a clothing store operated, and on the second, a residential space was arranged.

Apparently, there was some agreement earlier between the landowner and the building owner, but then the issue of freeing the territory arose. The landowner went to court with a demand to clear the territory of the illegal construction. The court granted the claim and obligated the defendant to dismantle the object independently and at her own expense.

«For violating the demolition deadlines, the debtor was assigned an enforcement fee. In addition, the bailiff prohibited her from leaving Russia,» — commented Tatiana Kochet, head of the regional department of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia.

Realizing the inevitability of executing the court decision, the woman began removing goods and dismantling the building under the supervision of bailiffs. At present, the land plot has been completely cleared of the illegal construction.
