Shefnera Street was closed in the morning and has not been opened yet; the bypass road is open, and entry for trucks into the city is not prohibited.
Update: The State Traffic Inspectorate (GAI) has imposed restrictions for trucks during the snowfall.
The Municipal City Management Center noted that these sections are already being worked on, including the incline from Gogol to the traffic circle at the Instrument Plant. In comments on the traffic situation on online maps, people urge each other to turn on headlights and reduce speed so as not to end up stuck until morning waiting for the traffic police.
The previous snowfall, on 10 January, resulted in a citywide collapse. The consequences have not yet been cleared from all streets. Some sections of pedestrian zones are slippery and raise questions among residents, for example on Kotelnikova near the Semerochka residential complex.
