Slides, Swings, and 'Starry Sky': A New Playground Appears Near the Central Market
At the intersection of Proletarskaya and Kuibyshev streets, a new children«s playground has been installed. No one is playing on it yet—it is covered in snow. It has swings—a nest, several slides, a gazebo, and benches, reports a 45.RU correspondent. The area near the playground is decorated with garlands.
Closer to the «Central Market» bus stop, several trade stalls have been set up, as well as swings.
The pathways near the market playground were equipped in the fall. According to the «Goszakupki» website, the work on improving the public area near the intersection of Sovetskaya and Proletarskaya streets was carried out by the company Ecostroy LLC. A contract was signed for 8,775,000 rubles (approximately $87,800 at current rates), but, according to the «Kontur.Fokus» portal, it was partially fulfilled, and execution has now ceased. The contractor was supposed to complete all work by December 15, 2025.
Ecostroy LLC was established on May 3, 2018. The general director is Vigen Mkrtchyan. He is also the founder of the company. According to the «Goszakupki» portal, by the end of 2024, the company«s revenue was 31.2 million rubles, net profit—2.5 million rubles. The number of employees—2 people. The company actively participates in public procurement, but several recent contracts have been terminated. For example, they have such status for the improvement of public territory in the settlement of Vargashi, on Kirova Street, building 79. Among the last completed contracts—improvement of the territory of Gymnasium No. 31 on Gogolya Street, 107a.
For decorating the playground with LED garlands «Starry Sky», 1,642,000 rubles (approximately $16,400 at current rates) were spent—the work under the contract was performed by individual entrepreneur Dmitry Semenikhin.
