Sibay Resident Clears Basement Trash After Court Order
In Sibay (Bashkortostan, Russia), bailiffs secured the clearance of a basement in an apartment building that was cluttered. A man who had stored old items there removed the trash after restrictive measures were applied against him.

A resident of Sibay (Bashkortostan, Russia) for a long time used a 400-square-meter basement of an apartment building to store unwanted items. Among the items were old cabinets, chairs, remnants of PVC pipes, a scooter, books, and other objects that had no place in the apartment.
The management company filed a lawsuit demanding the basement be cleared of clutter. After reviewing the case materials, the court ordered the citizen to remove his property. The writ of execution was received by the Sibay City Bailiff Department of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) for the Republic of Bashkortostan, but the man did not comply within the set deadline.
In response, the bailiff-enforcer applied coercive measures: a ruling was issued temporarily restricting the debtor«s right to travel outside the Russian Federation, and protocols were drawn up under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 17.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for failure to comply with the court decision.
Realizing that evasion would not work, the man put on gloves and independently removed all the trash he had previously stored in the basement. Thus, the premises were completely cleared of foreign objects.
