Self-Service Ramen Shop in Kemerovo Premises Listed for Rent

The premises of the only self-service ramen shop in Kemerovo, located on Kirov Street, are being offered for rent to other entrepreneurs. On Friday, January 23, the editorial office of NGS42.RU reviewed a rental advertisement on a popular listings website.

Information about renting a 55.4-square-meter (approx. 596 sq ft) premises on Kirov Street appeared on a classifieds website. According to the photos, this is the location of the city«s only self-service ramen shop, »Akira«, which opened three months ago and which we recently visited.

According to the advertisement description, the building has key advantages compared to others: a central location, well-maintained surrounding area, a nearby public transport stop, and parking. The owner is asking about 130,000 rubles per month (approximately $1,300 at current rates) or 2,300 rubles per square meter.

Despite this, the ramen shop continues to post on its social media pages and has not written about closing. The editorial office tried to contact the author of the advertisement but has not yet received a response.
