In Volgograd, the scandalously famous Carlook car dealership on Zhukov Avenue has been put up for sale. The ad appeared on a commercial real estate portal.

As follows from the ad text, the seller is asking 140 million rubles (approximately $1.4 million at current rates) for the car dealership premises located on Istoricheskaya Street, near the Metro shopping center. The building area is 1,469 square meters, and the land plot is owned.

«The building is located at the entrance to the city from the Moscow highway, next to the federal supermarket »Metro«, DNS,» the seller describes the advantages of the property. «The premises have excellent renovation, all utilities are connected, autonomous gas heating, ceiling height is six meters, there are bathrooms, administrative and utility rooms, a backup exit, two unloading platforms, a convenient facade for placing advertisements, a large parking lot in front of the building, and it can be used for any purposes: car dealership, store, office space, production, and more.»

In the photos attached to the ad, the sign of the Carlook car dealership, which until recently occupied this premises, is still visible. The dealership positioned itself as multi-brand, promising to sell cars at significant discounts, but when a client arrived for a car, it suddenly turned out that the specific car was not available at the dealership, and the person was offered another one, which cost more than at an official dealer of the brand.
