Sber supports construction of nearly 600 residential complexes in Siberia
Novosibirsk Oblast leads Siberia«s residential real estate market, with half of Sber-supported projects located there.
Over four million square meters of residential space—nearly 600 properties—are being built in Siberia with Sber«s support. Over the past two years, developers—partners of the bank—have commissioned about 3 million square meters of housing. The volume of credit leverage provided by Sber has been steadily growing: in 2025, it exceeded 300 billion rubles (approximately $3 billion at current rates). The bank»s investments in Siberia«s construction sector increased by 15% over the year.
The traditional leader in the residential real estate market in Siberia remains Novosibirsk Oblast. Every second project in the area served by Sber«s Siberian Bank is implemented here. Another nearly one-third of residential space is being built in the Krasnoyarsk and Altai regions.
Among the largest construction projects involving Sber, which is preferred by hundreds of developers across Siberia, are the comprehensive territory development project on Zhurinsky Descent in Novosibirsk, the residential microdistrict «Gorod Gor» (City of Mountains) in Gorno-Altaysk, the development of the all-season resort «Manzherok», and many other projects.
