Samara City Administration Signs Agreement with DOM.RF Bank

On 26 January, the Samara city administration concluded a cooperation agreement with DOM.RF bank. The document is aimed at the city«s socio-economic development and was signed by Samara Mayor Ivan Noskov and the bank»s Managing Director Alexey Mochalov.

“We are interested in cooperation with financial organizations that will allow us to develop Samara and create comfortable living conditions in the city. Cooperation in the long term will allow the implementation of important infrastructure projects in the area of creating new social facilities, restoring cultural heritage sites, developing industrial parks, and much more. We always build our work on the principles of mutual respect for interests and expect the same approach from our partners,” said Samara Mayor Ivan Noskov.

The signed agreement establishes partnership in the financial and credit sphere — joint implementation of investment projects, development and support of small and medium-sized businesses, and financing of urban infrastructure development.

“The agreement covers a wide range of tasks within the framework of the city«s socio-economic development. Reliable partnerships and high-quality innovative banking products that we offer will contribute to the development of the construction sector, entrepreneurial activity, and improvement of residents» welfare,” said Alexey Mochalov, Managing Director of the bank«s Volga Regional Center.

To date, the bank holds 35% of the project financing market for housing construction in Samara. With its credit support, 15 new houses are being built in the city. Besides financing the construction industry, the bank lends to regional enterprises in metallurgy, trade, etc. The bank is among the top four mortgage lenders in the Samara Oblast and is actively developing the financing of private house construction.
