Samara Bids Farewell to Oldest City Hall Employee
The farewell ceremony took place at the Funeral Home on Borskaya Street in Samara.
On Sunday, January 25, a farewell ceremony was held for one of Samara«s officials, Yuri Vybornov. He was 64 years old and had worked in various positions at the city hall since 1998.
In recent years, he served as deputy head of the department of public and external relations in the administration, and as head of the department for interaction with socially oriented non-profit organizations and national centers.
«After a serious illness, which our whole family fought until the end, my father, Yuri Nikolayevich Vybornov, passed away,» his daughter Oksana Goryunova said.
