Ryazan's water utility has announced cold water shutoffs at multiple addresses for the day, with service promised to return by evening.

Cold water will be shut off for the entire day at a number of addresses and will not be available until evening, according to Ryazan«s Vodokanal.
Until 18:00, water will be unavailable at the following addresses:
Berezovaya St. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1g, 1h, 1k, 1l, 1m, 1n, 1i (Kindergarten No. 43)
Ostrovskogo St. 95 bldg. 2, 97, 97 bldg. 1, 99, 99 bldg. 1, 95, 95 bldg. 1 (office buildings)
Until 17:00, the following will be without cold water:
Okskaya St. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 13 bldg. 1, 14, 15
Kalnaya St. 95, 107, 117
