Rostov Residents Report Lack of Snowplows in City Cleanup

Earlier, the authorities of Rostov reported that due to the large amount of snow, they have deployed more equipment for street clearing. Utility services are working in enhanced mode.
On the morning of January 26, two buses collided in the city center, one of them knocked down a bus stop. According to the carrier servicing route No. 27, the accident happened due to snow on the roadside.
