In the Don region, the maximum fee for paid parking was set, and Novoshakhtinsk was left without water due to a pressure sewer accident. We tell what else happened on January 21.

On the night of January 21, drones attacked Taganrog, Kamensky and Tarasovsky districts. No information about casualties or consequences on the ground was received.

In the morning, following Gukovo, Novoshakhtinsk was left without water. This happened due to an accident on the pressure sewer.

In Rostov Oblast, they plan to restore state forest belts. There are three of them, created more than 50 years ago under Stalin«s plan for the transformation of nature.

Rostov residents complained about the cold in their apartments. For many, the temperature does not rise above 17–18 °C (63–64°F). Authorities recommend that they contact management organizations.

Authorities set in Rostov Oblast the maximum fee for paid parking. For categories A and M — 50 rubles per hour (approximately $1 at current rates), for category B — 100 rubles per hour (approximately $1 at current rates), for other categories — 195 rubles per hour (approximately $2 at current rates). Prices will be reviewed annually.

In Rostov, they do not plan to eliminate the trolleybus network. It will be preserved and can be restored if funds are allocated for it.

The cafe «Lyusya Vparke», because of which the Rostov authorities wanted to take Plevna Park from the tenant, closed for winter holidays. When it will reopen, the concession company does not yet know.

Don region farmers, who suffered from drought in 2025, faced difficulties in extending loans. The terms turned out to be harsh. The Ministry of Agriculture should address this issue.
