Rostov Freezes, Novoshakhtinsk Without Water: Don Region Daily

For categories A and M — 50 rubles per hour (approximately $1 at current rates), for category B — 100 rubles per hour (approximately $1 at current rates), for other categories — 195 rubles per hour (approximately $2 at current rates). Prices will be reviewed annually.

In Rostov, they do not plan to eliminate the trolleybus network. It will be preserved and can be restored if funds are allocated for it.

The cafe «Lyusya Vparke», because of which the Rostov authorities wanted to take Plevna Park from the tenant, closed for winter holidays. When it will reopen, the concession company does not yet know.

Don region farmers, who suffered from drought in 2025, faced difficulties in extending loans. The terms turned out to be harsh. The Ministry of Agriculture should address this issue.
