On some streets of Rostov, traffic will be phased closed from 10 p.m. on February 3 to 5 a.m. on February 4. This was reported by the city administration.
- Nagibina Street between Larina and Nansena
- Armyanskaya, Bodraya, Belyaeva streets
- Koroleva Street between Komarova and Neklinovskaya
- 17th Line between Zakrutkina and 1st May Street
- 18th Line between Zakrutkina and 1st May Street
- Nizhegorodskaya, 45th Line, Bogdanova, 14th Line, 1st May streets
- Malinovskogo Street between Vsesoyuznaya and Dorozhnaya
- Stachki Street between Malinovskogo and Peskova
- Nozadze Street
“We strongly urge drivers to plan their routes in advance and use detours,” the administration said.
