«In Kurtamysh, the frost hit -31 degrees Celsius (-24°F), somewhere -35°C (-31°F), and children are forced to travel to schools in such icy cold,» according to the appeal to the head of the Internet League.

Students of the Kurgan Oblast College of Culture also wrote to Yekaterina Mizulina. The appeal states that the students of the institution are underage children.

«We have to travel to the college and back in conditions that directly threaten health,» the text notes.
