Prosecutor's Office Finds No Violations in School No. 127's Procurement

The prosecutor's office of Krasnogvardeysky District in St. Petersburg inspected the educational institution's procurements, which included hundreds of bottle brushes, industrial vacuum cleaners, and metal bins, and found no violations. The inspection was conducted following a complaint from a city resident.

According to the results of the inspection of procurements at School No. 127 in Krasnogvardeysky District, the prosecutor«s office did not find any violations of the law. This is evidenced by the response from the supervisory body sent to one of the residents of St. Petersburg in early February.

The prosecutor«s office explained that the purchase of bottle brushes, bins, and industrial vacuum cleaners was carried out within the framework of Federal Law No. 44. The prices under the contracts were justified using the method of comparable market prices.

No violations of current legislation were identified during the inspection

Among other purchases by School No. 127 in 2025 were 7 industrial vacuum cleaners, 130 metal bins, curtains worth over 7 million rubles (approximately $77,800 at current rates), as well as electric guitars, drum kits, and an outdoor garland with a total cost of 575 thousand rubles (approximately $6,400 at current rates).
