In Volgograd, the property of the limited liability company «BK-Budservice», which previously engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, has been put up for sale. In 2024, an arbitration court declared the company bankrupt due to non-payment of taxes amounting to over 6.5 million rubles (approximately $65,000 at current rates).

A single lot is being sold, comprising a complex of objects located at Krasnopolyanskaya Street, 55a. The lot includes:

  • three land plots for industrial activity with areas of 1,791, 681, and 17,655 square meters;
  • a structure with an area of 291.3 square meters;
  • a partially destroyed garage building, a checkpoint, and a factory management building;
  • a partially destroyed five-story premises with a total area of 5,215.4 square meters.

The entire real estate is encumbered by a lease agreement for 50 years. Additionally, the owner lacks connections to utilities, heating and gas equipment, as well as active contracts for gas supply, electricity supply, and heating supply. The starting price is set at 52,200,000 rubles (approximately $522,000 at current rates), and bids for participation in the auction are accepted until February 28.

The company «BK-Budservice» was founded by the children of the rector of the National Academy of Ukraine. The firm is registered in Kyiv, but its office was located in the Dzerzhinsky district of Volgograd. At the suit of Interdistrict Tax Inspectorate No. 2, the Arbitration Court of Volgograd Region introduced bankruptcy proceedings against the company, appointed a manager, and the company effectively ceased operations in Russia.

According to open sources, the owner of «BK-Budservice» through a chain of legal entities is the Cypriot offshore «Nevisenta LTD». The director of this offshore is listed as 70-year-old Igor Solyanik, however, the ultimate beneficiaries are not disclosed in the registry.

The founders of the company «Rodoc», which owns «BK-Budservice», are the sons of the former rector of the National Mining Academy of Ukraine, Gennady Pivnyak — Vitaly and Andrey, as well as Tatyana Titarchuk. The latter is a co-founder of LLC «Neftek Oil», to which Vitaly Pivnyak is related.
