Power, Heat, and Water Restored in Sestroretsk
Power supply in Sestroretsk has been fully restored after a rolling blackout on January 29. Residents are gradually receiving heat and water supply.

On the evening of January 29, the restoration of power supply began in Sestroretsk after a large-scale outage. Readers reported on social networks:
- “Power was restored in Razliv”;
- “Power appeared on Dubkovsky”;
- “Power is on! Heat supply and the supply of cold and hot water are gradually resuming.”
In local chats, users confirmed that power, water, and heat have reappeared in homes, although not in all districts yet.
The utility outage occurred around 19:00 MSK. Residents complained about the lack of electricity, water, and cooling radiators. The head of the Kurortny District of St. Petersburg, Alexander Zabaikin, explained that the cause was a “technical failure at the substation.”
Specialists from Rosseti Lenenergo eliminated the disruption. The company«s press service reported: “Since 19:57 MSK, consumers have been receiving electricity in full volume.”
