No one wants to get wet at -10 degrees Celsius (14°F). If you linger too long, you might become part of this majestic winter sculpture — icy glaze here covers both pedestrians and cars on the roads. The fountain was not shut off for a long time, and the area quickly turned from beautiful to dangerous — ice on tree branches grew heavier, and the road near the burst increasingly resembled a skating rink.
