«Be vigilant! Follow further notifications from the regional Government!» he wrote on his Telegram channel.

For the ongoing 2026, this is far from the first time a UAV danger mode has been declared. The first such instance was literally when everyone was sitting at holiday tables — at 01:20 on January 1 (and later — another time, already during the day of that day), the second time — on January 2, the third — on the 4th, the fourth — on the 6th (on this day, the «Kover» plan was announced for the first time), the fifth — on January 15 (again with «Kover»), the sixth — on January 17, and now — the seventh.

Who and how makes the decision to activate the alert system — in this article. What to do if you see a drone in the sky, read here. Filming them is prohibited — a decree has already been adopted and there are people who have «earned» administrative penalties because of this. The exact list of shelter addresses is a state secret: here — what was said about them in the mayor«s office and government. Mobile internet works poorly during such regimes — residents complain that even sites from the »white list« »die.« However, Yevgeny Solntsev in a direct line commented on the disruptions — he asked Orenburg residents to »be patient.«

Update:

At 11:13, the UAV attack danger was called off.
