Novosibirsk Region clears emergency housing with over 600 million rubles

In 2025, 672.4 million rubles (about $6.7 million at current rates) were spent in the Novosibirsk Region to relocate people from emergency housing. This was reported to NGS by the press service of the Ministry of Housing and Utilities and Energy of the region.
«Between January 1 and December 31, 2025, 403 people were relocated from emergency housing totaling 7,714.48 square meters in the Novosibirsk Region using funds from the regional budget,» the ministry specified.
The relocation of emergency housing in 2025 was carried out in the Tatarsky Municipal District, the Shcherbakovsky Village Council of the Barabinsky District, the Karasuk Municipal District, and the cities of Iskitim and Ob.
Earlier, NGS reported which barracks are planned to be demolished in Novosibirsk in 2026.
