Novosibirsk Parks to Remove Christmas Trees Starting February 2

City park authorities in Novosibirsk are preparing to dismantle winter decorations, with Christmas tree removal set to begin on February 2.

Winter decorations are being prepared for removal from Novosibirsk parks. Dismantling will take place in the coming days.

According to the city parks directorate, New Year«s trees will start being removed from parks from February 2. Specialists thank visitors for taking photos in the parks and making wishes by the main symbol of the New Year.

“Make sure to visit the park in the final days, walk around the little tree, capture its glow in your lens, and mentally thank it for all the warmth it gave us this winter,” the directorate suggests.

Traditionally, the festive decorations will return in December.

NGS reported that during the New Year holidays, more than 177,000 Novosibirsk residents and city guests visited ice rinks, hockey boxes, and covered ice sports facilities.
