Now Sberbank customers will immediately see how many «Spasibo» («Thank You») bonuses they will receive for a purchase — they will be credited almost instantly. The information will appear on the bank terminal screen after confirmation of successful payment. Previously, the amount of accruals could only be found in the transaction history in Sberbank Online. Sberbank was the first in the country to implement the real-time cashback display function on terminals.

By early February 2026, the new option will be operational on more than 500,000 POS terminals across the country. By the end of May, it will appear on all touch-screen payment devices of the bank.

To receive «Spasibo» bonuses, you must be a member of the «SberSpasibo» loyalty program. You can sign up for it in Sberbank Online and then each month choose up to three categories of increased cashback, such as «Pharmacies», «Cafes and Restaurants», or «Taxis». With a «SberPrime» subscription, up to five favorite categories are available to get maximum benefit.

«Spasibo» bonuses are credited when paying by any method from Sberbank: by card, by smile (face recognition), by smartphone using «Vzhukh» (tap-to-pay) or SberPay NFC, online or with a QR code via SberPay. The accumulated cashback can be spent with program partners — on orders at «Samokat» (delivery service), food and grocery delivery at «Kuper» (food delivery), hotel bookings at «Otello» (hotel booking platform), consultations with «SberHealth» doctors, car refueling via the «Zapravit Avto» (Car Refuel) service (0+), and much more.
