Nizhny Novgorod Art Museum Increases Prices

Updated ticket prices at the Nizhny Novgorod Art Museum have been in place since February.
Since February 1, the Nizhny Novgorod State Art Museum (NGKhM) has introduced increased rates for admission tickets. A full ticket now costs visitors 500 rubles (approximately $5 at current rates).
A discounted rate for schoolchildren, students, and pensioners has been set at 250 rubles (about $3). A family ticket, designed for a group of up to five people, costs 1500 rubles (around $15), and children under seven years old are entitled to free admission.
The changes also affect the cost of guided tours. Serving a group from one to ten people is now priced at 4000 rubles (approximately $40). For groups with more than ten participants, the price is set at 300 rubles per visitor (about $3).
«Thank you for your understanding and support. We will continue to do everything possible so that art remains accessible and inspiring for everyone,» museum representatives stated.
At the end of January, a large-scale art exhibition «Art Mir» opened at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. For the ninth time, this venue has brought together authors from Russia and other countries, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their works and interact with the audience.
