«We thank the Volgograd administration for developing the city»s transport network and contributing to improving the quality of life of citizens. Now more than 40,000 residents will be able to get to work, schools, key points, and the city center faster and more conveniently. Travel time has been almost halved, and the launch of bus route No. 41a will allow us to redistribute passenger flow and reduce the load on existing highways. It is important for us that infrastructure is developed comprehensively and is created primarily for people—for their comfort and safety,« said Dmitry Sofronov, Commercial Director of DARS Group.

In 2025, the Dolina microdistrict celebrated its tenth anniversary. The project is positioned as an area of balanced development with well-thought-out infrastructure. More than 200 houses have been built, and another 27 are under construction. The project is planned until 2035, with the total housing area upon completion reaching 1.3 million m² (14 million ft²) on 414 hectares (1,023 acres). The microdistrict already has a school, three kindergartens, shops, cafes, fitness centers, and a 4-hectare (10-acre) park, and now a second school for 1,280 students, a children«s clinic, and a sports and recreation complex are under construction.
