New Head of Electric Transport Appointed in St. Petersburg
Konstantin Shostak, who previously served as chief engineer, has become acting director of the enterprise 'Gorelectrotrans'. His predecessor Denis Minkin has headed the transport committee.

Personnel changes have taken place in St. Petersburg«s urban transport sector. Konstantin Shostak has assumed the role of acting director of the State Unitary Enterprise »Gorelectrotrans« starting February 2, having previously served as the enterprise»s chief engineer.
The vacancy for the head of «Gorelectrotrans» arose due to the transfer of its former director Denis Minkin to the position of chairman of the transport committee. Minkin replaced Valentin Yenokayev, who left this post at the end of 2025. Before the new appointment, the duties of committee chairman were temporarily performed by Dmitry Vanchkov.
The State Unitary Enterprise «Gorelectrotrans» is responsible for all tram and trolleybus transportation in St. Petersburg.
