The Amadeus Chamber Choir was founded in 1970. Its first members were teachers and students of the Murmansk Music College. The choir«s repertoire is based on classical and contemporary choral works, jazz, and folk music.

The creator and permanent leader of the choir is Valery Ivanov, Honored Artist of Russia and a teacher at the Murmansk College of Arts.

Where: Murmansk, Murmansk Regional Philharmonic.

Legends of the Polar Night (12+)

The North, harsh and beautiful, holds many secrets and mysteries. Since ancient times, people have tried to unravel the nature of the aurora, explain the origin of seids and labyrinths, and understand how this wonderful world arose, where the bright polar sun shines for half a year, and for half a year all living things are covered by the dark veil of the polar night.

Where: Murmansk, Murmansk Regional Puppet Theater.

When: February 1 at 1:00 p.m.

The World in Your Hands (12+)

An exhibition of works created as part of the «KeramikArt» project. From October to December 2025, a mobile inclusive workshop operated at the Art Library with a grant from Rosmolodezh (Federal Agency for Youth Affairs), where young people with disabilities learned the basics of pottery.

Where: Murmansk, Center for Contemporary Art, 21a.

Creative Meeting «Book at the Microphone» (12+)

At the Art Library«s recording studio, an event dedicated to the poetry of Boris Pasternak will be held. Participants will have a unique opportunity to read his poems into a professional microphone.

Dead Souls (16+)

Is it possible to preserve one«s soul in the pursuit of material values? What is a person capable of for money, and is there a red line that one can cross for profit? In search of answers to these questions, demonic characters create an illusory reality around the protagonist, where it seems to him that he is about to become fabulously rich, not realizing that everything is already predetermined, and escaping the vicious circle is only possible at the cost of incredible spiritual effort.

«Warsaw Melody» (12+)

The classic Soviet playwright Leonid Zorin wrote «Warsaw Melody» in the mid-1960s. He later admitted that he described a personal story in the play. «The main thing is the theme of doom. Love is doomed because the state will manage to crush you with its steamroller... And two people, when they finally meet, can connect,» said Leonid Zorin in one interview.
