Murmansk cafes offer discounts during power outages

The list of participating establishments may be updated with more locations.
Entrepreneurs in Murmansk are ready to provide food from their main menus at a discount. This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the Murmansk Region.
The Yunost cafe chain — 30% discount at the following addresses: 86 Lenina Ave., 32 Lenina St., 61 Lenina Ave.
The Kruzhka chain (as well as 2Sushi RollBox) — 15% discount for takeaway.
Orders can be placed via the «Dostavka 1» app and website, by phone at 777-777, or in person at the establishment.
All establishments of the Kruzhka chain are operating as usual, except for those located on Skalnaya St., Nevskogo St., and except for «Kruzhka Severomorsk».
Pelmen house cafe (9/1 Kominterna St.) — 15% discount on all food.
The Arctic bistro «Chum» (Volna shopping center, 2nd floor) — until the end of the day, 10% discount with the code word «Present».
Blinny Domik (Pancake House) (the «Ryady» space on Vorovskogo St.) — 10% discount on all hot dishes.
The Moroshka cafe-shop (13 Yegorova St.) — 10% discount.
All locations allow charging of phones.
Recall that the Murmansk region introduced a state of heightened readiness due to power outages. This decision was made at a meeting of the operational headquarters. Street lighting was temporarily turned off in Murmansk.
The press service of Rosseti North-West reported that the cause of the outage was a technological failure on an overhead power line. Later it became known that five supports collapsed. Trolleybuses in Murmansk changed their routes.
The prosecutor«s office of the Murmansk region has already launched an investigation due to mass power outages. A criminal case has been initiated.
Murmansk residents were told where they can go to warm up and charge electronic devices.
