Mobile Internet Works in Voronezh During Drone Alert

Mobile internet in Voronezh was not turned off after the drone attack warning was announced. This was reported by readers of Voronezh1.ru.

The danger was announced at 6:15 on 5 February. At the same time, sirens were activated in the Rossoshansky district — a direct threat of a drone strike was declared. An hour later, at 7:14, the threat for the district was canceled, but the danger for the entire region was still in effect at the time of publication.

Previously we reported that mobile internet in the region began to be turned off less frequently during drone attacks. This became noticeable after the New Year holidays. Earlier, mobile internet could be absent for several days even without a threat announcement; now it may not be turned off at all.

Mobile internet in Voronezh began to be turned off back in May 2025. Gradually, the restrictions became longer. Then, closer to autumn, a «white list» of sites that work even without mobile internet appeared. It included marketplaces, taxi apps, banking apps, some messengers, and media websites.
