Search teams are looking for 35-year-old Roman Kishkin, a resident of Sverdlovsk Oblast, who may be in Ryazan and the surrounding region, according to social media posts from the search and rescue squad «Liza Alert».
Distinctive features include a height of 185 cm (6 ft 1 in), slender build, dark blond hair, and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, black trousers, black moon boots, and a gray hat. He had with him two black backpacks and a travel bag of the same color.
