Miller flooded with hair offers after wig incident

Jarrell Miller became the hero of viral videos after an opponent«s uppercut knocked the wig off his head during a boxing match at Madison Square Garden. However, the boxer himself believes that this incident could turn out positively for him.

According to media reports, after defeating Kingsley Ibe on Saturday evening, Miller said that his personal messages were literally filled with offers from companies that want to help him with his hair.

«I felt a cold breeze on the crown of my head and realized that I don»t have air conditioning there,« Miller explained the moment when the wig came off.

When the round ended, his usually confident trainer began to stutter in the corner of the ring, and the boxer realized that something was wrong. A glance at the big scoreboard confirmed the fears: the wig was indeed missing. «Everything is lost,» he admitted.

The 37-year-old fighter is sure that losing the wig gave him additional motivation and became a turning point in the fight.

Now Miller plans to try to grow his own hair, explaining that its current condition is the result of using one of the care products.

But this did not prevent many businesses from reaching out to him. «I was contacted by many hair companies from Turkey, as well as several firms specializing in extensions for men,» the boxer said. «My personal messages just exploded. I haven»t even reviewed a quarter of them yet.«

Miller approaches the situation with humor, noting that such trials are an integral part of life. «Sometimes men give up and throw in the towel, but I pray to God for strength and confidence to keep moving forward,» he said. «I have two young sons and a one-year-old daughter, and I must be an example for them, to show that dad, even though he made mistakes, does not retreat.»
