Mayor Yuri Shalabaev Shares Photo from His Student Years

Nizhny Novgorod Mayor Yuri Shalabaev congratulated young people on Student Day and shared a photo from his youth. The city head shared his memories of university years in his Telegram channel.
Shalabaev remembers his student years as a period when one feels grown-up yet retains a carefree, youthful spirit.
“You dream, love, and befriend to the fullest, make plans for the future without doubting they«ll come true, want to change the world, and are ready to break rules. I received my first university degree over 20 years ago, and since then, I’ve been an eternal student,” Shalabaev wrote.
In conclusion, the mayor congratulated young people on the holiday and wished students to live this period to the fullest and find their calling, true friends, and mentors.
