In central Perm, the Mangal House cafe, known for its shawarma and khinkali, is for sale. The establishment has been operating at this location for eight years.

At Mangal House on Gazeta Zvezda Street, 20a, they prepare several types of khachapuri, shashlik, pizza, soups, burgers, but residents of Perm especially like khinkali, shaverma, and shawarma. The cafe is being sold by real estate agents. In the listing, they stated that the business is eight years old and is being sold as a turnkey operation — fully ready to work. They are asking 13 million rubles (about $144,400 at current rates) for Mangal House, with possible negotiation.

«A recent refresh renovation has been done,» the listing says. «A fully staffed team, an established supply system from the city’s best suppliers, an active presence on marketplaces.»

The listing says the new owner will receive necessary business contacts, contracts, and streamlined processes. It promises that the buyer can start making a profit from day one, and the investment will pay off in one and a half to two years.

The real estate agents clarified that the business is being sold because the owner is moving to another region.
