Lipetsk Antimonopoly Service to Check Prices on In-Demand Bread
At the request of the Federal Antimonopoly Service's central office, the regional branch will examine the justification of wholesale prices for popular baked goods.

The Lipetsk Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) will begin analyzing prices on bread and bakery products made from wheat and rye-wheat flour. The inspection was initiated by order of the higher authority. As part of this work, specialists will assess the financial and economic indicators of both the producers themselves and their sales organizations for the past year 2025.
The subject of study will be the justification of wholesale prices set by local market participants. If violations are found during the inspection, the antimonopoly office is prepared to apply appropriate measures. The decision to launch this inspection became known on 5 February 2026.
