On February 5, the famous rock opera «Juno and Avos» will be performed on the stage of the Zabaikalsky Krai Philharmonic Hall. Its authors are Russian composer Alexey Rybnikov and poet Andrey Voznesensky. The production in the author«s version was handled by the Moscow State Creative Workshop under the direction of People»s Artist of Russia Alexey Rybnikov.

The premiere of the rock opera took place in 1981 and for 40 years now it has been running with the same success and to full houses. In 1983, famous couturier Pierre Cardin introduced «Juno and Avos» to the French public, and after that triumphant tours around the world began: from the USA and Germany to the Netherlands. In the performance, talented Moscow artists will be involved. In the role of Count Nikolai Rezanov — brothers Nikita and Alexander Pozdnyakov, theater and film actor Nikolai Drozdovsky. Conchita is performed by Svetlana Bakayeva, Natalia Krestyanskikh, Diana Orlovskaya, and Anna Burkina. Also in the performance play leading actors of Alexey Rybnikov«s theater — Nikolai Lyutov, Iv Nabiev, and Ekaterina Kulchitskaya.
