In 2026, the Novgorod Region is holding the first Derzhavin Week, timed to coincide with the 210th anniversary of the poet«s death. Roundtables, book exhibitions, lectures, and presentations dedicated to the life and legacy of Gavriil Romanovich Derzhavin are taking place at various venues in the region.
