Land allocated in Yaroslavl for private kindergarten or school construction

In Yaroslavl, the right to lease land for the construction of a private educational institution has been put up for auction. The site is located between Naumova, Fabrichnaya, and Bolshaya Pavlovskaya streets in the Krasnoperekopsky district. The plot area is 3,487 square meters.

“The permitted use of the land plot is «preschool, primary, and secondary general education»,” according to the auction notice.

It is also noted that on the site, it is possible to build sports facilities intended for students« physical education and sports, place organizations for additional education, and educational organizations for students with disabilities. The maximum number of floors is 2–4.

The document stipulates that on the land plot, there are unauthorized structures: a fence, a wooden building with a canopy, a construction trailer, and a construction canopy. The new tenant will have to demolish them at their own expense or with the involvement of funds from other parties. This must be done within one year after signing the lease agreement.

The starting price for the lease right is set at the annual rental fee of 899,300 rubles (approximately $10,000 at current rates). The lease term is 78 months (i.e., 6.5 years).

The auction is scheduled for 11 February.
