Krasnoslobodsk water outage near Volgograd for three days

The town of Krasnoslobodsk, located across from Volgograd, has once again been partially left without water. According to locals, the problems are related to a pipe rupture and have been ongoing since last Sunday.

According to complainants, a large area in the private sector has been affected: from Timiryazevsky Street to Lenin Street. The pipe was patched yesterday evening, but the same section ruptured again.

The repair crew started working on Monday and fixed it in such a way that a couple of hours later, there was another rupture in the same spot! And we are still without water, waiting for the workers.

The water utility confirmed the accident, but unfortunately could not announce exact repair times.

They seemed to fix it yesterday, but tonight it ruptured again. Who knows why? Maybe the frost, maybe a garbage truck or a truck ran over it... The guys are trying, of course, they are working.

The administration of Krasnoslobodsk suggested waiting for the repair until the end of the day, but advised checking exact times with the water utility.

By the way, not long ago, residents of Krasnoslobodsk had already complained about the water supply. However, the problems were not related to its absence, but to strange chemical notes in the taste of the water. It turned out that it appeared due to a slight temporary increase in content, but the water utility reassured that it was not dangerous to drink.
