Kazan's Yar Park Hiring: Salaries Up to 250,000 Rubles

Kazan has begun recruiting staff for the team of the multifunctional complex Yar Park. Despite the fact that the future Kazan City is planned to be built only in 2032, job openings have already appeared on a recruitment website.

So far, the company is hiring only five employees. One of them is planned to be hired in Moscow as a senior brand manager with a salary from 250,000 rubles ($2,800).

Currently, Yar Park in Kazan needs a credit broker (mortgage lending specialist), who is offered a salary from 100,000 rubles ($1,100) plus a monthly bonus on transactions.

They are also looking for a chief construction engineer and a senior brand manager. These specialists are ready to pay from 200,000 rubles ($2,200) per month.

The highest-paying vacancy in Kazan is a digital marketer with income from 250,000 rubles ($2,800). The future employee is also promised corporate discounts and bonuses.

All salaries are indicated without tax deduction. Payments are promised twice a month. Moreover, working in the company requires experience from 3 to 6 years.

Territorially, work will be in the Novosavinovsky District of Kazan on Meridiannaya Street, not far from Sibgat Khakim Street, where the future Kazan City will be located. The analog of Moscow City is planned to be built on the site of the Riviera shopping and entertainment complex, which was located there until 2021.

In the summer, the total cost of the project was estimated at 28.7 billion rubles ($318,888,900 at current rates). The current figures are unknown. Construction is planned to start this year. The Kazan Executive Committee issued a permit for the first stage of work in December 2025.

The new complex will include 13 buildings: a five-star hotel, business- and premium-class apartments, an office center, a shopping mall with a congress center, fitness center, exhibition spaces, and restaurants.

Environmental activists are alarmed by such large-scale construction on the banks of the Kazanka River. They are calling for a separate water treatment system, including stormwater treatment.

The project developer is KRAVT GROUP, a hotel sector developer. The group of companies is owned by Valery Kravtsun, general director of Kravt Invest LLC, and the family of Igor Evtushok, co-owner of the large fishing company Okeanrybflot OJSC in Kamchatka. According to Kontur.Focus, Kravt Yar Park LLC was created in Kazan on August 14, 2023. The owners of the company are Kravtsun (10%) and Evtushok (90%). The company«s revenue for 2024 was 74,000 rubles ($822), and the loss was 1.3 million rubles ($14,400 at current rates).
