Kazan blogger Bulat Zakirov, better known as Bolt, has once again posted a provocative video showing him snowboarding on the streets (and roadways) of the city while holding on to a cable attached to a jeep. The State Traffic Inspectorate (GAI) once again took notice.

The jeep used for towing the snowboarder is visible on city streets.

GAI officers determined that the video was filmed on the night of 29 January. The owner of the jeep turned out to be Zakirov himself, but a 28-year-old friend of the blogger was behind the wheel. The driver received six administrative citations under Part 2 of Article 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO) (for transporting a person outside the cab — 1,000 rubles, approximately $11 at current rates) and Article 12.16 (driving in oncoming traffic, which carries a fine or license suspension).

While snowboarding, the blogger endangered his life and health, so he also received seven administrative citations under Part 1 of Article 12.29 of the CAO.

Bolt himself explained in the post that he was expressing support for all the city«s utility services that were battling the snow apocalypse.

«We are using snowdrifts to our advantage! We rode through the city on boards,» he captioned the post.

Recall that in January 2024, GAI officers also took notice of one of Zakirov«s videos. He had taken his minor son for a ride on skis tied to a car. At that time, not only Zakirov was held responsible, but also a 29-year-old woman who was driving. The young people admitted their guilt.
