Ivan Noskov on Heritage Project for Samara Youth

In January 2026, 46 tenth-graders from Samara arrived in Moscow. They are participating in the educational project «Heritage: Landmarks of the Future», organized jointly by the Financial University and the Sretensky Theological Academy. The project is organized by the international movement for financial security and supported by the Federal Financial Monitoring Service of Russia. By mid-March, another 92 schoolchildren from Samara will take part in the program — 138 children in total. Among them are children of military personnel, winners of various competitions and Olympiads.

— The «Heritage: Landmarks of the Future» project is already known to Samara schoolchildren. Last year, Samara residents were among the first in Russia to participate in it. I thank the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation for the opportunity for young people to broaden their horizons, learn from the experience of leading teachers from capital universities, and become more familiar with Russia«s cultural heritage. I am sure that for some, the project will be an important factor in choosing a future profession. I will definitely meet with the guys after their return to discuss their impressions of participation, — said the head of the city of Samara Ivan Noskov.

Over three days, the schoolchildren will attend lectures on morality and financial literacy at the theological school and the Financial University. With teachers, they will go on excursions to Moscow churches, Red Square, and the Kremlin. The children will see exhibitions at the Financial Museum and the Cybersecurity Center, visit the Central Bank museum and the numismatic club. A trip to the «Lesnoye Ozero» camp, career choice sessions, outdoor sports events, and competitions in traditional Russian games are prepared.
The international movement for financial security emerged in Moscow in the fall of 2024. The idea was first proposed by a Brazilian student when he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Financial Security Olympiad in October 2023.
