As a result of their work, specialists recorded 1,147 signs of violations of mandatory land law requirements. Additionally, 379 warnings about the inadmissibility of violations were issued, and 41 administrative offense cases were initiated. Furthermore, 166 notifications about identified unauthorized constructions were sent to local self-government bodies.
In addition to inspections, preventive work was actively carried out in the region. Over the year, 578 preventive measures were conducted, aimed at ensuring that land plot owners and users comply with legal requirements and eliminate potential risks of violations in advance.
As noted by V. Ishutina, Deputy Head of the Rosreestr Office for Tula Region, various forms of control and prevention are used in their work. According to her, one of the most in-demand formats now is consulting. Explanations from specialists can be obtained, among other ways, through the mobile application «Inspector». The agency plans to further strengthen this work to reduce the number of violations and protect the rights of participants in land relations.
