The Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar ruled to seize the property of former Chairman of the Rostov Regional Court Yelena Zolotareva and her family members in favor of the state. This includes an apartment, a parking space, two cars, jewelry, and cash discovered during searches.

Materials from a criminal case have been submitted to court concerning former Deputy Governors of Rostov Oblast Viktor Goncharov and Konstantin Rachalovsky, Rachalovsky«s deputy, and businessman Vadim Vaneyev. They are charged with abuse of authority and fraud.
