Ice Rink Flooded but Supervision Forgotten: Kurkino Forgot to Ensure Ice Safety
New violations in the sphere of road safety and area improvement were found in the Kurkino district. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor«s office.
It was discovered that the administration of the Kurkino district had equipped an ice rink for people on Parkovaya Street. However, no decrees or other documents were drawn up, and the work was done without the necessary bureaucratic procedures.
This led to problems with organizing safety at the rink. After all, no one monitored how people spent time at the facility or explained the safety rules. In the event of an incident, this could have led to serious legal consequences.
Following the prosecutor«s office inspection, the head of the Kurkino district administration was issued a formal notice demanding the elimination of the violations.
